Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at the Diwa Club, I had the pleasure of indulging in their impressive culinary offerings. The Spice restaurant truly stands out with its elegant ambiance overlooking the pool, creating a perfect setting for a memorable meal. I was particularly drawn to the eclectic à la carte menu that boasted Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influences. I found myself delighting in dishes like Koli Saaru and i Ghee Roast, which were beautifully presented on tableware crafted by local potters in Karnataka. Each bite resonated with fresh flavors, thanks in part to the locally sourced Bhetki chilies that added a nice kick to the dishes. The dining experience was further enhanced by the thoughtful service—having a personal butler at dinner was a truly unique touch. I couldn’t help but appreciate the infusion of traditional tastes with innovative presentations. My culinary journey at Diwa was nothing short of delightful, making me eager for a return visit.
